Al Ustad Special Kebab is a long-running, no-frills restaurant in Bur Dubai, its walls covered with photos and notes from decades of customers. The menu is short and focused on Iranian-style grilled kebabs served with saffron rice.
It's a welcome contrast to Dubai's big-name dining, and close to the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood and Dubai Creek.
